Our secure online booking system will record your intention to attend the conference. Until you have received acknowledgement from our conference team your booking should not be considered confirmed.
Please note that the conference fee does not include hotel accommodation costs unless these are selected when booking.
Cancellation charges: Fees become due as soon as we have confirmed your place on the conference. If you subsequently have to cancel any element of your booking, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations received before 1 September 2010 will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge. From 1 September and until 1 October 2010 a 25% charge of the total amount invoiced will apply. Cancellations received by 30 October 2010 will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoiced. We regret that we cannot give refunds for cancellations received after this date, although substitute delegates or dinner guests are very welcome.
The details in the Conference Programme are correct at the time of publication. Blackpool Borough Council reserves the right without notice to (1) alter the Conference Programme (2) change the Keynote Speakers and Panellists (3) alter the venue and/or (4) cancel the Conference. It disclaims all liability in respect of the occurrence of (1), (2) and/or (3) above and in respect of the occurrence of (4) its liability is limited to the refund of the Conference Fee only with no liability accepted for any consequential loss by any person.
